Hollywood, FL (October 6, 2009) – Clever Giraffe, a video production firm based in Hollywood, Florida, knows how to show and tell. Working with companies as diverse as Citrix and Spirit Airlines, the Clever Giraffe team creates short-format videos that answer many of the questions traditionally requiring a customer service phone call or extensive back and forth via email.
“Video can be one of the most effective ways to circumvent customer calls and make a business more efficient,” says Clever Giraffe partner Donnie Page. “Most people learn better by being shown how to do something, so with video-enhanced customer service and support on your site, you can eliminate many of the basic ‘how does this work’ calls.”
Jonathan Henderson, the other Clever Giraffe partner, graduated from Northwestern University Film School and spent years in television production. He met Donnie when both worked at Citrix creating internal product demonstrations. With both the creative talent and software integration experience under their belts, the two formed Clever Giraffe in February 2009.
“Stepping into the video space right now is perfect timing,” adds Jonathan. “People aren’t just used to watching video online, they expect it, so businesses need to adapt. The ones who do will keep customers around longer by fostering stronger consumer relationships through multimedia communications.”
