GreenStart is an interesting study of a design that evolved over time. Ron Kraft, President and CEO of GreenStart, approached us about creating a website for a new company he was starting. Like us, Ron was looking to build a small company with a specific goal in mind of helping other small companies. His vision was to “Go Green” and help companies utilize technologies that would help them save money.
We developed a few concepts and color guides to help drive the concepts to his customers, and after a few iterations, began work on the GreenStart website. Meanwhile, Ron had the good fortune of becoming very busy in a short period of time, which left him less time to focus on the website. Although the website design continued to move forward, the marketing content did not. Since we here at The Clever Giraffe believe in Productivity 2.0, we pushed the site live.
After a short period of time, Ron hired J&J Marketing to help with the overall messaging and branding of the website. The change pushed our team to work on refreshing the overall look and feel of GreenStart. The result is a clean, well thought out website.
